Huiwen Ganghei was made by Teliwang, modelled on the Hong Kong version of Iwata Gothic widely used in Hong Kong newspapers, film and posters during the phototypesetting era. It keeps many traditional forms, such as the horizontal inside 的 and the open right side of 凶 in 胸.

Huiwen Ganghei shines in refreshing heritage brands and headline captions on app screenshots, and is a good fit for event poster headlines too. Avoid long paragraphs; titles, short phrases and numbers are where it does its best work.
