Design & features

Zhengfeng Brush was expanded by Taiwanese designer Max from Kouzan Brush Gyousho: the original sits in Regular and ExtraLight, Light, Medium and Bold are generated programmatically. Compared with its sibling Moda Brush it is more spontaneous, with some characters very heavy and others very thin.

It has 5 weights; lighter weights show more contrast, and a few strokes may vanish in ExtraLight.

We recommend Zhengfeng Brush for festival and solar-term designs, Spring Festival couplets and greeting cards and tea, liquor and cultural-product packaging. Combine it with seals, paper textures and other traditional elements to set the mood.
