Design & features
Chenyu Luoyan was created by student Wang Liyu and his friend Liu Weichen with guidance from justfont, after a year of revisions. It started as bold Pentel Touch lettering, and the released Thin version was written with a ballpoint pen, giving it a warm handwritten feel.
Best uses
Stylistically, Chenyu Luoyan works well for literacy and pinyin materials, greeting cards and notes and café and dessert menus. Set it a little larger and tilt it slightly for a casually jotted look.
