Design & features

Kingnam Bobohei has slightly wavy horizontals and verticals rather than perfectly straight lines, which makes it playful and cute; even stroke distribution keeps it readable at smaller sizes.

The author also designed Japanese kana and Zhuyin symbols.

Best uses

If you are working on kids and pet themes or variety-show captions, Kingnam Bobohei is an easy pick, and it is also worth trying for headline captions on app screenshots. For headlines, tighten the tracking a little and size it well above body text for a clear hierarchy.
